YOU WILL NEED:

Sliced chicken breast

Sliced red onions, lettuce and tomato

BBQ or spicy sauce

Salt and black pepper

Baking sheet

Wire rack

Paper towel

Oven

 

1. Coat the chicken breast with the seasoning of your choice. We suggest you use garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator for an hour.

2. Grill the chicken for 8 minutes, turning to cook evenly. They are ready when they are no longer pink in the middle.

3. Pour the BBQ or the spicy sauce and serve with the vegetables. You can even serve them with dip sauces of your choice.
