1. Peel the potatoes cut into your preferred shapes. Letting them in water before cooking will prevent them from oxidizing and getting dark.

2. Dry the potatoes and fry them in high heated oil for 5 minutes. Don’t put too much in the oil at the same time, so it won’t cook properly. Then let them dry in a paper towel.

3. Fry them again in high heated oil until golden brown for about 5 minutes and dry again in a paper towel.

4. Fry the sliced garlic and rosemary in a clean pan. White wine is optional and makes a special taste.

5. Mix the chips with the seasoning in the pan and season it with salt and black pepper.
